1. Definitions

1.10. Cookies — data sent by a web page and stored on the computer, mobile phone or other device used by the User to access the site, used to remember information about the User's activity on the site.
2. Legal Basis & Data Protection
2. Relations regarding the collection, storage, distribution and protection of information about Users under this Privacy Policy are regulated by the current legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

8. Policy Updates & Consent
15. The Site Administration has the right to unilaterally amend this Privacy Policy. Changes made by hesabla.com take effect from the moment they are placed on the hesabla.com website. When changes are made to the Privacy Policy, the Site Administration informs the User by placing the new version of the Privacy Policy on the site at https://hesabla.com.
16. The User accepts the new terms of this Privacy Policy by using the Registration Form or the Contact Form.
17. Submission by the User to the Site constitutes the User's consent to the processing of their personal information.
9. Disclosure
18. The User's personal information is not transferred to any third party, except in cases expressly indicated in this Privacy Policy.
19. The provision of the User's personal information at the request of state bodies or local authorities is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
10. Data Deletion Policy
1. Any user registered on the Hesabla online platform has the right to delete the information they have entered.
1.1. The User can easily close their account themselves from the site or via the mobile application.
1.2. When the User closes their account, the information belonging to them is deleted irreversibly.
2. It is also possible to delete the account by email. To delete information, the following steps must be taken:
2.1. From the email address used during registration, the User must send an email to info@hesabla.com requesting closure of the existing account and deletion of all information belonging to them. The subject of the message must be "Account closure".
2.2. After the User responds to the confirmation message sent by the Hesabla platform, all information belonging to the User is deleted by Hesabla.
2.3. After the User's information is deleted, the account belonging to them is closed and deleted irreversibly.
